ZL1 tech specs
 

Does anyone know where I can find the technical specifications of the legenday "ZL1" 1969 Camaro engine? I am looking for technical info like head cc's, cam specs, intake design, anything you can give me.

I've got an AMA spec sheet I'll dig up...check the NHRA site for some of that...unlike some of the Mopars and Buicks, the Chevrolet specs over there are pretty darn close...

The first printing of the Chevrolet Hi-Performance Speed Catalog has ZL-1 engine specs too.

Looks like either a rear engine rail or a boat motor with a Hilborn mechanical fuel injection...

You know, that brings up a good point. How prevalent were
427 motors in racing boats? How many could have been built?
