Oswego Dragway Memorabilia?
 

I have mentioned to some that my car was dragged at Oswego. I am wondering if Oswego had any window decals back in the day. Anyone know?

I have seen a few items on Ebay.
Silver Dollar Surveys w/OSWEGO Dates on back,as well as Window Decals from the 50's.
I have contacted a man through another that grew up over there and actually took pix of anything with wheels from 1965-1975.He told me to give him 3-4 weeks to look through his boxes of pix.

Darren, i think Caleb Arone's Copo was raced there. I am going by memory, but I think I remember seing that sticker on one of the windows of his car?

April 24th in Seneca Ill. there will be a reunion of sorts for ALL the people who frequented the old Illinois Drags.OSWEGO-BYRON-WHITE HALL,even US30 in Ind.
Mostly racers from the 50's-70's.(Cumbys Age)
Cars & Memorabilia are supposed to be on Display all over the place.

Darren, Bill Pritchards friend Dan Hornback has a cool repop Oswego drag strip decal on the quarter glass of his restored Fencl Tufo Yenko Deuce that he has had since 1976. my green ls6 used to be raced at oswego, still have an eliminator winner sticker on the drivers 1/4 window, I have another one somewhere, if I can find it it's yours. also have a orange/black bumper sticker, and vintage pictures of my ls6's original owner going down the strip in his '67 l78 chevelle
