Z16 Registry list.
 

My friend of 46 years has one of the "known to exist" 75 or so 1965 Z16s. He has owned it since 1974.

It was beat the hell out of back then, cut up, and drag raced, then left to sit in a field for decades until he realized what he had and the restoration began.

Anyway, we remember the Z16 Registry website that used to be online that had a list of the Z16s that have been found, and their VINs. Less than half of the original number.

His car was on the list, and I seem to remember it was numbered in the 50s of the 75 or so found.

Now that the restoration is "close" to being complete, we were discussing documentation and such, and he would obviously like to have a copy of that list with his VIN on it.

Anyone have a copy of that list, or a screen shot you could share with me? Thanks.

If Jeff was the creator of the Z16 Registry site, by friend has discussed his car with him back quite a few years.

I believe Mark Meekins was the creator of the Z16 registry. He passed away a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened with the registry. If anyone would have a list it would be Jeff Helms.

Oh,...I'm sorry to hear that. So yes, I guess Jeff might be the one to ask.

I believe it was Dave Miner who created it...and Jeff Helms who stepped in after Dave passed away:beers:
