Still driving over to Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers in Scottsdale every Saturday. This last Saturday, June 14, was brutally hot at 107*! A few of us still showed up though. Here are videos from the past four Saturdays;

The Pavilions Cruise has been shut down for 5 weeks now, and we heard that last week, a group of people with cars encountered the security team in a most unpleasant confrontation. Basically, the people would not accept 'no car cruising'. Anyway, this weekend, the entire lot was roped off and blocked off.

Apparently, the concept of 'Private Property' is something these people are unfamiliar with :mad2:

Add to that concept the tribal nation owns the property, and they are a sovereign nation.

City of Scottsdale has stepped in and stated CB's & CB's scheduled three too many shows and must cancel three. They are allowed only 10 per quarter. So they have cancelled July 5, August 30, and September 27. Although we are welcome to come, they won't be hosting a show.

No details were shared, but we were told two parties are working on a sustainable replacement for Pavilions. CB&CB's permit with the City of Scottsdale expires at the end of September. At the time they applied, Pavilions was to restart on November 1.
