I had similar grade paper and made my own. Have several left over. I know, not the solution you asked for. Then, I “antiqued” it after installing.

What is an NOS one worth?

And... are there a few out there?

Is Don's version the original paper type that you need to glue to the decklid?

I believe he offers it in two versions?; w/adhesive & w/o adhesive.

Is the part number specific to a '69 Camaro, or is it generic across the GM line and years ? I need them for a '66 Chevelle, '67 Camaro, and '70 Chevelle.

It's generic across the Chevrolet line during that era Mitch.
Not sure if other GM lines used this one too,I want to say no,based on brief others I've seen.

Just ordered 4 for "stock". I usually wait too long to buy parts and then they are no longer available.
Tom is very responsive and seems to have them made up. He said they would be mailed today.

Well, I was thinking that I bought a pair of NOS ones a few years back.

But the return address on the envelope shows Don Lightfoot, so I am certain these two are reproductions. They have peel and stick adhesive on the back.

So I am no help.
