olredalert 09-15-2020 03:28 PM

----Nice! We need under hood shots too......Bill S

wundercluck 09-15-2020 04:27 PM

I know need some time to detail the engine. The day before I picked the car up we had a REALLY bad dust storm and now with all the fire smoke here it will have to wait. Found out that the 2nd owner was on a job where he had a company car. Long story short he put 11,000 on this car....in 33 years!!

mockingbird812 09-15-2020 04:32 PM

wundercluck 09-28-2020 02:50 PM

Jim she's had some time behind the wheel of the 69 Pace Car that we bought in San Francisco and drove back home to the North Seattle area in 1995. Fun Car!!

wundercluck 09-28-2020 02:59 PM

Crush...Car was bought new from Camp Chevrolet in Spokane, WA and was driven back and forth to Washington State U about 80 miles away....apparently had a WSU sticker in the back window. Guy I got it from found a gas station receipt under the driver's seat from 1971 and hired a Private Detective and found the original owner in Texas. 106K miles...second owner put 11K on the car in 33 years as he had company cars to drive

Very Interesting, I have a Retired Coworker whom Grad in 1971 & he remembers ROWS of 69 Z28's at Camp! on trips to Division on the Northend.

Funny, I have a Montana Sold 1968Z28 with a Sticker in the rear window, Seems the WSU Class Liked Solid Lifter Commuter Cars, Ha ha ha
