A big thank you to Paul (Fastco on SYC) for all of the help that he gave me with my new Camaro. Paul received the car and then went over everything to make sure it was road-worthy. He found a number of fasteners that needed snugging up (after The first 1,200 miles since the resto) and a few other minor things that he addressed. He then had it flat bedded to my place!
Overall I am really happy with the car. All of my family approves too! Can’t wait to get plates on it and take it for a spin. Thanks again, Paul! |

Thanks Guys! I haven’t had one in my garage since the Heard 67 Z in 2000! Thanks for fixing the pics Pete!
Congrats on the new acquisition! :headbang:
That looks nice, congrats!
Thanks guys! The garage smells like an old car again :)
More pics!! Walk around video of it running, please?

Nice car, Mark!
Thanks Tony!
Way cool!! Congrats!
She's a beauty Mark. I love that white interior.
Gorgeous car! My '67 L35 has the same 'deep tone' exhaust and I love the sound.
Sweet! Congrats and glad it made it to you safely.
Not much for 68's, but if I got one....it would look like this one!!!
Love it!!! |
Thanks guys...I really appreciate it! I was just out In The garage going back in time :) My first 67 was a white RS vert that I drove to school in grade 12.
My kids love the car and got a kick out of the “roll up windows” and wondered why there were no buttons on the steering wheel! |

Cheers, You got it Home Safe.
Excellent! Jim |
Thanks, just a little dusty from the trip. I’m going to try some detailing spray to see if that will do the trick. I hate getting old cars wet :)
Enjoy your new Camaro Mark and congrats!!
Sweet Car! I love the color of course... It has all the bells and whistles...
Looks like K code interior, 797Z, Z23 bright package. Can you post some interior pics? |
That is one sweet ride. Enjoy!!

LOL! Thanks again Paul. Just poking around a bit before I put it up there. I also need to touch up a few scratches on the lift from delivery/install last week. That is scratches on the lift, not the car!
Car looks really good so far! Messed around with this crappy piece of interior trim. I assume it is repop based on how it fits. I remember the originals falling off all the time back in the day, but at least they fit! |
Beautiful interior wow! Complete with correct hard to find original Bright Chrome A Pillars. Score!
