Do you know what this is?

Do you recognize any of this stuff?
Lower right looks like a DR1114432 TCS solenoid used on 70 Z28s and?others? There's also a bunch of idle solenoids, but not familiar enough to ID.
One is from a 1970 Big Block which was sold here a few weeks ago in one of my ads.https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=148776
The one just under that is for a 1972 Big Block. The rest are Idle stops for various Carbs IMO |
All of this was in 2 boxes of carburetor parts that I've had for a while. I didn't know if any of it was worth keeping or not. Thanks for the information.
Is any of this worth keeping or is it junk?
I'd be interested in the 432 TCS solenoid if its just cruddy and not rusty/heavily pitted. i think they all probably have value, but you're best to ID PN and application for each first.
They all have value.
Little one towards the right resembles a 69 Camaro headlight washer solenoid.
Thanks guys. I'll search for numbers on them and see what I have.

I found some numbers on them. 4 of them have the same BC 42662 number, but the plug is in slightly different places.
Then the stamping # is for the component, not the assembly.
Yeah, I figured that out later when I started looking up that number. The number is for the bracket and not the assembly. It looks like there were several applications for that bracket. I need to look for more numbers.

That #4450 carburetor idle stop solenoid above is for a 1972-73-74 Corvette.
Thanks. I have 3 of the DR1114450 and 2 DR1997417. I think the 4450 is for a small block and the 7417 is for a big block.
For Corvettes 1114450 is for 1972, 1997417 is for 1973 and 1974 454s. 1114432 TCS is 1970 350 and 1114434 is 1970 454 SHP. Probably the same for other models in those years.

Covers Camaro, Nova, Chevelle, Monte Carlo & El Camino if they had the above Big Block Motors. |
Thank you all for your help. Now I need to figure out what a fair price is for them and list them in the for sale section and see if anybody wants them. I need to sell a bunch of stuff and make some room for more stuff!

I'm still digging through that old box of stuff and found these. I'm guessing that this is a factory '70 fuel line with bracket for a Holley carb. Is it supposed to be bent like this or has someone bent it this way? Also, is this the trunk lock retainer for a Camaro? There are many Holley and Quadrajet parts in the box, and choke parts. Flashers and other stuff too. I'm just taking out a few things at a time.
That is indeed an original fuel line bracket for a 1970 L78/LS6 though it is mounted on a Y-block instead of a T-block so not sure but very valuable regardless. It is in fact supposed to be bent that way. Also, that does look like a Camaro trunk lock retainer.

This is how it would be mounted on a 70 L78/LS6.
The guy that I got this stuff from had 2 LS6 Chevelle engines many years ago, so this must have come off of one of them. I had a chance to get one of the carburetors and lots of other stuff, but got there too late. I see that this Y block would not work with these lines. What would the Y block be from?
69 L78 and L72 used the Y-block but not with those fuel lines. Both of those fuel lines look like the 70 version.
