1956 Pontiac Safari 2 dr station wagon Restomod.
 

My friend bought this wagon from California as a survivor car with only 69,000 original miles. It's an original Turquoise and white wagon with matching interior. Rust free original sheet metal! Beautiful original stainless and chrome. Original interior to die for. What he did then is throw an insane amount of money having it converted into a restrooms.
Engine is a stroked 455 with Edelbrock aluminum round port heads,performer rpm intake with MSD fuel Injection,NOS nitrous,custom made headers,billet serpentine pilots,VINTAGE AIR,mated to a 700 R and a Ford 9 inch rear. Tubbed,coil over,tubular suspension. Undercarriage is a work of art as is under the hood. Way too much to list. Boyd Coddinton custom wheels,original radio works a 12 disc CD player. Outside is original paint but it is weathered so it's a sleeper. Can give lots of pics to interested parties. One of a kind insane wagon. Looking for 35,000. Cost over 80 to build.

Probably not in a position where I could make this purchase right now, but would really like to see pics. Love the tri five Safari wagons.

Also have a soft spot for Turquoise and White. Sounds like a really good car.

Not sure about that restroom conversion though.??? wink wink

I always have trouble posting pics from my phone. When I take them outside and then try to download them here it tells me they are too big. It's frustrating to be honest. I don't know how to change the setting. I'll try again tomorrow to get you some pics. I promise

Don I use an android phone with a resiziing app called &quot;reduce photo size&quot;. It's free and works great. You change the size and then hit save and it saves to a folder with your pictures.
