1969 Lemans Blue L78 Chevelle Convertible
 

This arrived today for some TLC [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif[/img]

I am very excited to be able to add this Beautiful L78 to my list of 1969 Chevelles. The newest owner Ed Henrich is a great car enthusiast that understands what it takes to care for such a car. This well known and highly documented L78 Convertible once belonged by Jim Brady.

Des, the Fuzzy Dice were a Christmas present from Ed`s wife and his 10 year old daughter.....so the Dice are staying put. We don`t make fun of your Canadian Hockey Skates hanging from your rear view mirror......do we [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/naughty.gif[/img]

Fuzzy Dice along with Graduation Tassels and Garter Belts.... was the way we expressed ourselves in our youth. A time we all loved.

Air cleaner emblems are available on Ebay....pricey but very nice.

Trim Parts makes the air cleaner emblems.

I have generally found that next to NOS, Trim Parts makes very good repop parts. Definitely much better all around than OER or others.

In a lot of cases....the Trim Parts are better than a lot of the NOS parts. As the NOS are not near perfection. Just saying.....as I always prefer the NOS parts.
