Re: LS7
The amazing part was this engine was used so little that the only items that were replaced were the timing set and valve springs.
Cleaning process begins. http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...ps0pibrivx.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1p73rs3q.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...pssbfcxumf.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psuu2cpzjf.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psfuymjdg0.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psyvfjusax.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psxtcyggnx.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...ps30oeajar.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psuhsf5dbu.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...ps8adwucli.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psnjycggym.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psmzwhcgwa.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psmevyulv2.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psrcsy2w4p.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psbek29qlx.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...ps9crkslob.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...pssbcnvo9t.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...pslcg5b7ut.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...psnfvidvrz.jpg http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/...pswj3m2gmj.jpg |

I have used their product several times and love it. Ill do the same on the aluminum water pump in the next week or so. |

Sorry -- must be dating myself again ... thats what an old Buick/Pontiac mechanic in the late 50s called em'. I was about 14 years old when he started me working on a straight 8 Buick after school and during summer vacation. TAZ |
Re: LS7
Nice. Pretty cool. I just bought one of those intakes for my ZLX I'm doing too!!!

Re: LS7
I like the intake but I am trying to get the owner to throw a tunnel ram on it..

Re: LS7
Finally able to get the engine on the run stand. Crappy video but here is a short couple of clips of it. I am the one running the engine and owner is operating the camera. I set the timing at 33 degrees total with a mix of 1/3 av gas and 2/3 93. Throttle response is very crisp with the dominator and idle characteristics are very calm.. I couldnt ask for a easier starting and smooth running engine with that much cam and compression..
