Logging in
I've logged in so many times this week! Any way of getting this to stop? I'm not doing anything different with cookies. It's good for a while then every time I go to site and even when I got to page two it goes to log in.
Help Charlie Please!!! Dave 67 Nova Boy |
Re: Logging in
Mine was losing me @ pg. 2 last week every single time I tried. May be nothing to do w/ it but what seemed to help was logging in then refreshing the page before going on to pg. 2 etc. ~ Pete |
Re: Logging in
It was happening to me, too, but the problem seems to have gone away.

Re: Logging in
Same here, I had to uncheck the keep me logged in box in order to view a second page. If I didn't, it would automaticlly log me out...Cleaned cookies, same issue on 5 different computers. I'm dealing.....

BIG </div></div> It does the same thing to me on my home computer if I want to stay logged in. I have to make sure I don't check that box....everyday I sign in. |
Re: Logging in
Every time I come here, I have to log in. Anyone else still having the same problem? Getting aggravating.

Re: Logging in
I sent the thread to my website guy and he said it is not the site. It is most likely something with your computer/browser.

Re: Logging in
Tibor's car has infected the site following his "dyno tune" at Nickey...the high level electronics and big bucks computer gizmos he has are sending out radioactive signals that are causing log-in problems for SYC members
You will need to install special "filtering software" on your computer...you can purchase it from Dennis Cumby....Only $29.99 with one years free support. wilma |

Re: Logging in
Mine will stay logged in until I log out, no problem here.,
My computer is old too, like my old car, just keeps running. |
Re: Logging in
I get kicked off on my new computer at the house intermittently. Seems to be no pattern. Windows 8.
Did I tell you I hate Microsoft? I can't believe we just keep bending over for these guys. I am also getting kicked off on my old computer at the office, still running XP. Only happens about once per week. |
Re: Logging in
Ya Lynn, my old computer is XP Pro., my new computer is Windows 7, I hate the new one, many problems so usually use the old XP for dependability.

I spoke too soon....having the problem again today |
Re: Logging in
Man, I don't know about it being something on my computer doing it, as this is the only site that I have to log into almost every time I come here. I did the steps listed above to no avail.

Re: Logging in
I switched browsers from explorer to google chrome, no issues since, that was probably a month ago. Happens sometimes on some computers at work, don't have admin privileges to load google chrome on those though. This is my last windows based computer.... reached my breaking point with microsoft a while back.

Re: Logging in
I've given up worrying about staying logged in as both my systems do it often now, work is a Microsoft system but home a recent Apple I-pad. When it happens, I can double click where the name goes and my name also password pop up to click on instead of typing them in...does this work for others too? Re: Logging in
Yes...just click on the password or even hit enter and it goes in.

Re: Logging in
That works for me now too Pete. No big deal, just a couple of extra clicks .
