I think Tony (scuncio) is asking about the spokes (i.e. how they attach to the rim) not the center caps.

Thanks Sam, I was asking about how the spoked center casting was joined to the steel rim. I had a set of 15x4 Rockets that were only staked to the rim rather than welded.
