1968 L79 Nova
Yes I have decided to put my 68 L79 nova up for sale. This nova is fully documented back to the original owner who ordered the car new. Original pop, broadcast sheet, CE replacement short block that was replaced under warranty, original borg warner 3 speed transmission and the original BT rear.
1 of 1274 1968 Nova’s that got the L79 motor option 1 of 317 total production 1968 nova’s that got the heavy duty M13 Borg warner 3 speed. The only fathom blue 1968 L79 nova The only 1968 L79 with a 3 speed transmission The only 1968 L79 with AC I personally just finished up a 2.5 year rotisserie restoration. Any questions on detail and workmanship can be seen here. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...opics/437858/1 I know some members may ask why I want to sell this car. Well I will tell you I enjoy restoring them more than owning, driving, or showing them. I have put about 70 miles on the car worked out all the restoration bugs. This car is ready for someone who just wants to own something that is truly unique and rare. No hidden secret’s with this restoration. Asking 52,500 Pm me if you want my contact info so we can talk and make arrangements to view the car. |

Re: 1968 L79 Nova
Well Bruce I have a deposit. The new owner couldn't get out to see the car for a couple of weeks and with the rarity of the car was afraid it might sell. Only time will tell where the car ends up. He isn't a member just a follower is how he put it. He was well aware of my restoration progress over the past couple of years.

Sweet color and nice job on the car Jason. Are we left to assume this car sold for the asking price above? Tommy |

Re: 1968 L79 Nova
The Nova is back for sale....Long story.... basically I held the car for 3 weeks for a potential buyer that just can't find the time to see the car. His loss my gain of a deposite. If the car shows no interest on the site I will be listing it on e-bay in the next week or so.
I will be updating some pictures later tonight. Jason |

</div></div> Mel yes they are Accel wires. Those and the white headers along with the flow master American thunder exhaust are the only aftermarket parts. Just to give it a little day 2 look. |

Re: 1968 L79 Nova
lowering the price to 52,500... or may trade for the right 69 Chevelle hard top or convertible and prefer a 4 speed car.
