Brent, still looking ? These are black print on a transparent material with sticky backing. Somewhere around 40 years old, so no guarantees on the quality of the glue. P.M me if interested.

Sorry, but that pair I pictured was the only pair I had from when I bought a pair of new Lakewoods somewhere between 69 and 72. They went off to Maryland a couple of months ago.
