Pavillions 2/25/2012
Bryan and I drove the "new" car over to Pavillions today and, when we arrived a few minutes before 3 PM, the place was already packed! Ended up parking next to the access road under the palm trees. Earlier in the day, there was a large Oldsmobile show and many of the participants stayed for the cruise.
There was also a Mustang meet, a Packard meet, and some pre-war car club meet. All I can say is this was the busiest "non auction" Saturday night @ Pavillions I've ever seen. Met up with Sizzler Wayne, Bob A, Dave O, and some other regulars. Get well soon Bruce! Except for the rear mount Antenna......Wayne's car is the exact car I bought new from Hoskins Chevrolet in Chicago back in April of 66.....Colors, Everything.......Wow!!!

I use a Sony A350 with the stock 18-70 lens. The best feature of this camera, for me, is the lightning-quick auto focus. Otherwise, there would be lots more people walking into my pictures. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/rolleyes.gif[/img] Well, some are welcome to walk into them. |
