Count the number of times the words plumb, level, and square are used:-)

Thank goodness some people understand how important that is:-)

Its been a few months since the last post, not that we have not been doing anything, its just that business trips, family, work in general and MCACN got in the way of us finishing any particular phase, plus there were setbacks.
Over the next week I will post updates on what we achieved in the past 3 months.
First here is where we left off with the outside:

After getting this done we discovered the entire remaining sill was rotted. Don't know how two car guys who have had to deal with rust over the years would thing a building was any different.
A sample of what we found:

We peeled back the Tyvek and opted to do a bottom up repair replacing the sill and the botten 12 inches of stud along with scabbing in brace pieces.

After everything was complete we were able to complete the siding, All this word was done Oct 27-29.

Next update will be the wetroom.

Yes, that "siding" looks industrial-cool.

During the time we could spend at the shop Sept to November we also tackled the bathroom/Wetroom. There used to be 3 washrooms here and this is what it looked like:

After our friend and helper MEJ did the demolition all that remained was the prison toiler and a lot of old plumbing under the floor:

We hired the plumber to dig up the floor and lay in the new waste plumbing along with a floor drain and a shower drain:
