This photo brings back a bad memory . . . I took my kids to the movies at the Pyrimad Mall in Ithaca, NY. At the time I had a 1969 SS 396 Camaro with an aftermarket wood steering wheel (Grant?) and wooden shift knob (4 speed). When I got into the drivers seat, after leaving the theater, I noticed I had A LOT of room - then noticed someone had broken into my car and stolen my steering wheel and shift knob. So I went into the trunk and got the biggest pair of Vice Grips I had then drove the car back to my apartment complex, dropped the kids off then drove it down the BIG ITHACA HILL in the right lane limping along at 25 MPH (it's a 55 MPH road) until I reached town and located a car parts store that had both a steering wheel and shift knob - again I think they were Grants. Not a lot of fun driving a car using a pair of Vice Grips instead of a steering wheel and at the same time shifting a manual trans with no knob. |

How many times have you seen this scene in Dinosaur movies over the years - a T. Rex Faces down a Stegosaurus. The truth of the matter is . . . it never happened. Stegosaurus roamed the Earth around 150 million years ago, during the Jurassic period of the Mesozoic Era, or "Age of Dinosaurs." According to the US Geological Survey, Stegosaurus had already been extinct for approximately 80 million years when Cretaceous dinosaurs such as T. Rex first appeared around 67 million years ago. |
Going to need more than 2 cup holders, maybe a cooler in the console.

May as well put in a big screen tv.
My favorite driver right now is 35 years old. No gps, let alone self driving. Still plenty safe; one of the first cars made with ABS, even before Ferrari had it. Drove it to work the last couple of days. More fun than Sherri's CL600 in my humble opinion. |

The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) said the driver hit a center divider, catapulting the vehicle into the air. This probably isn't like any lobster you've ever seen. A deep-sea squat lobster hangs out on a coral fan. This photo was taken 1400 feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico. |

WoW! Now there's a trusting soul. Would you drive a car that had a wheel held by a single lug nut? |

You have probably heard that The Great Wall Of China is the only man made structure that can be viewed from space. That is a falsehood. It can't. This was verified by astronauts trying to see it from the shuttles on the way to the Space Station. None saw it. |
