Re: Documented 1969 Phase III GT Motion Corvette
This was the red/silver car that was on the auction block at auburn as well as on ebay. The car was pulled from the ebay auction pending documentation from Mr Joel Rosen. Once
we started to really research and find out about what car this was under that red paint we set out to find out as much information as possible. Together with the owners we decided the car needed to be restored to the motion gold. The affadavit of authenticity from the second owner even states the car was gold when he bought it with 1500 miles. Amazingly enough the car has only changed hands four times and has been in the same family since 1971. |

I just got some new magazines in and on the cover of this Speed and Supercar from 1970 is a Vette that looks an awful lot like the car in those photos. Could it be the same car?

As Pantera said....its the same car!
In fact that particular issue of Speed and Supercar has a picture of Joel Rosen driving "our" vet in one of the inside photos! I recently won an ebay auction for the same magazine. I've been told the car was in other magazines back then. If anyone has any of these and they'd be willing to part with them please let me know. Even if you aren't interested in selling I would appreicate it if you would just let me know the name of the magazine and date of the issue. |
Re: Documented 1969 Phase III GT Motion Corvette
Well I will be placing this copy of Speed and Supercar up on E-Bay within the next week or so (unless someone here tells me they want it first). I must say it is an incredible car! I can't believe how wicked it looks both coming and going...

I would like to have it for my collection. George beat me to the last one on E-bay. Of course I was trying to buy it for a suprise for him.
