Those Impala SS 427's are some of the coolest big cars of all time. Never had one, but always wanted one. Used to go to a cruise at The Grove in South Hills of Pittsburgh and there was a black on black one owned by a guy I kind of knew, and that thing was a beast. Total driver that sounded nasty.

Sadly, I owned a 67 Marina Blue Sport 4 speed coupe, 68 auto Black Custom Coupe and a 69 auto convert all at the same time. All three body styles, all three years of Z24 cars. The sad part was a sold them all when I moved from MN to IL to open our business. Wish I had kept them. Chad now owns my convert so at least I can watch it being restored.

Contrary to popular belief, not all of the 999 1966 Shelby GT350H cars were Raven Black. There were 50 Wimbledon White, 50+ in Ivy Green (as shown), 50+ in Sapphire Blue (Shelby GT350 only) and 50+ in Candy Apple Red. All had Gold stripes.

The Gold color of the stripes looks off - probably due to camera/lens combo shooting outdoors.

The 1966 GT350H wears what are considered the very first RWL tires: Goodyear Blue Streaks.
