My uncle had an Amphicar in the early 70's that was the same color.
I remember riding right off the boat ramp into the lake in the back seat.

It could possibly be the same car but I am sure they made a few.

The first fastback Mustang of that era that I have ever seen with a vinyl roof. Does it no favors IMO.
