No - it's not a duplicate post. This is the 1910 Buick Model 16 Roadster. It looks almost identical to the Model 10 I posted previously. This one has 318 CI engine with a 3 speed transmission. The Model 10 has a 159 CI engine with a 2 speed transmission.

I don't know why Mecum used the same photo for two different cars. As far as I can tell, the only real difference between the 10 and the 16 is the powertrain.
