You don’t have to go to Russia to get excellent caviar. The Paddlefish, which is most commonly found in the lakes and rivers of Oklahoma, produces roe that is on par with some of the best tasting caviar Russia has to offer, at a fraction of the price.

Scallops are one of the cleanest shellfish available. The abductor muscle is not used to filter water, so scallops are not susceptible to toxins or contaminants they way that clams, oysters and mussels are.

It's a myth that all sharks have to swim all the time or else they drown. This comes from the fact that sharks don't have a swim bladder which means if they stop swimming they will sink. Shown are a group of nurse sharks resting on the bottom of a shallow coral reef. They can stay there for hours at a time. The ocean current is enough to force water into their gills.
For deep water sharks it's different. They do have to swim all the time, even when sleeping to avoid sinking.

Lungfish can live without water for several days. It can survive on land because it has both gills and a lung. It takes in air with its lung through a tube (called breathing tube) that leads to the surface.
