Growing up in the 70's, they used to show these Frankie and Annette movies, as well as Elvis movies on Saturday afternoons and I'd watch them all. Loved those movies back then. Thanks for bringing back the memories.

I remember many of them going to the Drive-In when I first got my license: 1968. Good memories indeed!

Banshee IV

The Pontiac Banshee is a line of concept cars designed by Pontiac, assuming the role previously established by General Motors' Firebirds of the 1950s. Five Banshee "dream cars" were fabricated through 1988 as design exercises intended to establish exterior and interior themes that could be modified for production versions of Pontiac sports and performance cars. Banshee was also the leading candidate for Pontiac's version of the Camaro before being named Firebird

Carroll Shelby wanted to add a limited run of Shelby GT Mustangs powered by Ford's new Boss 302 engine. To make them stand out, they would only be available in this color scheme. One prototype was built (a blue one) but the plan never materialized.

What might have been. The red one is a prototype as is the yellow one, but it has one HUGE difference . . . a production VIN. The only one to have it.

When Lee Iacocca saw how much Semon "Bunkie" Knudsen was spending on Ford's racing activities, not only did he put the kibosh to that but also to Knudsen himself.
