Question about the red fender liners:

Do they supplement the traditional steel fender inner, or do they replace it completely?

I am asking with regard to both Oldsmobile and Pontiac, if any of you know.

I know the Oldsmobile red inner fenders are red molded plastic and replace the metal fenders, Keith.

Pontiac and Plymouth used Red fender liners. Olds used red plastic fenders
