Just leaving stuff like that open to atmosphere really bugs me.

The Imron paint isn't that big of a deal. It isn't the high end paint, but it IS more durable than lacquer. For a garaged car, probably a 50 year (or more) paint job.

Ditto on leaving the valve train wide open to the elements.....oversight for a quick photo or has it been that way for awhile? Who knows?

I always drove a cheap beater car to work and in fowl weather in Illinois.
Always garaged my corvettes as they were used sparingly.

That Nova was a White four door model.

The first photo I posted of the Black Vette shows a 1961 Blue Pontiac four door in the background.
That was another work car I had at the time.
Funny thing about this Pontiac. I paid $75.00 for the car and sold it to a buddy for a case of beer. The car was a smoker.

If the selling dealer cannot even take the time to straighten the horn button, one would be safe to assume the rest of what you see has been that way
