Agree with everyones choices so far.
Well done car theme/scene movies seem to be few & far between as we get older now. The one recent movie I saw & added to my list was Ford vs. Ferrari. That was done so well, with a good script, realistic driving scenes & acting by all. And then the fact that it was based on a true story, made it a knockout.:burnout: |
Has anyone seen F1? I've been wanting to see it but just haven't gotten around to it.

Death Race 2000...made in 1975. Not a favorite by any means, but figured I'd mention it anyway...lol.

Listen to the description of Death Race 2000......oh boy.
In a dystopian future, a cross country automobile race requires contestants to run down innocent pedestrians to gain points that are tallied based on each kill's brutality. In the year 2000, America is a totalitarian regime on the brink of collapse. The most popular sport in this dystopia is the Transcontinental Road Race, where teams earn points for logging the fastest time and for mowing over the most innocent pedestrians in the process. This year's competitors include Frankenstein (David Carradine), who is rumored to be more machine than man, and the tough-as-nails "Machine Gun" Joe Viterbo (Sylvester Stallone). Some have a plan to stop the race. |
There's a Death Race 2050 also,....here a link to this crazy plot. (It's too long to copy and paste).
