Not sure if this is straying to far from your OP question but,,,(Hot WHeels Cool)

Buy here is my Original Hot Wheels Trash Can I got as a Kid, It has had a Tough Life with Dents, and Paint splatter from Decades of Model Railroading and Model Airplane and Cars- Funny still has the department store label $1.34 or so, Still works fine. Dig the 80's: Garage Shag-Carpet also, Makes it hard to roll the creeper but soft on the back Ha

Sweet! Guess my uncle would like that. I'm gonna show them tomorrow after we finished installing the brake kit and nitto ridge grappler tires on his Wrangler.

Sometimes you gotta make your own combo, I worked at a Display shop that did the Auto Shows so we had all kinds of perks, I took apart a hot wheels that had a black interior, took the interior and my Qt can of PPG GM #62 dark camel tan and had it sprayed. Lol

True Words!,
So Order a Car (Model) 1:87, 1:64, 1:24, 1:25 etc in the closest configuration you can from existing stock. Disassemble and Paint Decal as needed. Not to over the top but just get it close.

Here is a White 68Z I disassembled, Painted the interior and added a textured V top to match my 1:1 car in the garage. I just did not want to put the effort into a Flat Hood, I need to source a similar model harvest a Flat hood and paint it.
