Looks like everybody's in the same boat from reading the info linked below.
I don't have much faith that anything will improve any time soon.

The post office seems to be right on time though as far as receiving bills!

I've likely shipped 50-60 items over the past few months and it's been all over the map the entire time. USPS and Canada Post alike have had huge clearing issues and delays in shipping, and FedEx has been messed up too from the 20 times I have used them. They are not paying out on claims or extremely poor service delays and they simply blame Covid.

We had two calls yesterday telling us that our mail had been returned to sender. The envelope had a sticker on it stating "undeliverable - mail could not be delivered as addressed". One of them was a bill from our utility company and we have lived at this same address for 20 plus years. Our newspaper hasn't been delivered the last two weeks. An order from ebay was supposed to have been delivered last Saturday. I would say the post office has a problem and we can't contact them about our mail because they won't answer their phone.

Yeah everyone blames the beer virus for everything now. Getting tired of hearing that excuse.

I had a USPS package that said it was delivered at mailbox if you tracked it.
It was Saturday and I was home waiting for it. It never made it.
So now I had to call the seller and tell him I didnt get it. It was from Heartbeat City.
They promptly resent the order UPS and I got it in two days.
They could have told me to get lost. Now thats customer service!!
Its kind of hard to plead your case when it showed delivered!!!

I currently have about 4 items in USPS limbo. One is not replaceable for the price I paid. I still trust they'll show up but likely not till January or later. USPS has been fine for me over the years except for 2 items that got lost. They eventually just showed up a year after they were expected.
Also, Is anyone able to view tracking on the USPS site? It seems they're asking to pay for "premium" tracking to see any detailed movement beyond ship date and expected arrival date.

Check the tracking history on this one. According to the post office the label was printed in Cleveland and the package was delivered in South Carolina all within 3 hours. I'm still waiting for the package.

The package was finally delivered a few days ago.

I had a priority mail package sit in a sorting facility in New Jersey for 10 or 11 days. I called my local post office and spoke with a supervisor. He initiated a search. The package was located and delivered a couple days later.
