This is the moment he put his hand on Holly's shoulder and said, "Hi* Holly, which one?" He was referring to which organ Holly had transplanted and Shelby said, "I had my heart replaced." That's my head in the left background and I was taking pictures and pinging at how cool it was to have The Man standing there.

*Hi was pronounced "Hah" in his Texas drawl.
