First production Charger 500. The 15" wheel covers are from the Monaco/Polara. The 500 was a step in the right direction. It just wasn't a big enough step to accomplish the goals that Chrysler had for a winning NASCAR stocker.

I have mixed feelings about a photo like this. On one hand it shows the harvesting of Old Growth Forests, probably in the Pacific Northwest. Once their are gone, they are gone forever. On the other hand . . . you can't stop progress and lumber was needed for a growing America.

You remember the size of the alligator I posted yesterday: 700 lbs and 13 feet. Well about 70 million years ago, prehistoric crocs grew to 33 feet! That's about the same size as a mature Whale Shark today.
