I think it's Frost Green. I know - the color looks "weak." Strong direct sunlight has a tendency to do that to lighter colors when photographed. Or - the paint wasn't mixed to the correct combo.

Notice how the color hue changes when shot under fluorescent lights.

Could be but it seems to have a greenish tint to it IMO.
