I will give the glass beads a try. I did try the aluminum oxide however it did not seem work real well due to moisture in the line.

Well moisture in the line will be a big problem. Buy a small water trap and place it before your blasting area. This could be one of your problems because water will slow down your process by clumping your media together. I have three traps before my blast cabinet and I have never had a problem. Good luck, Mark
