The carbs look NOS, nice, but that still wouldnt be correct for 69 390 horse, which was a Q Jet motor

The 400 tri power was a 390 2 bolt main block with the tri powers in the trunk from the factory. The tri powers were dealer installed.

So every 400 horse Corvette in the world was shipped with a 390 horse Q jet motor, and the dealer installed a Tripower on it? I guess they retamped or stamped the engine while they were at it?

What's up with the $3,000 "flat shipping charge" seems deceptive to me. First it was a "copo" block, and now this.
Sorry if this offends, but this is not how business should be done in my opinion. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/rolleyes.gif

Could I pick it up and save the shipping?? I'd drive a long ways to save 3 G's, especially if the tripower was included in that no reserve auction.

Where's the e-bay pictures anyway?? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Come on Andrew, we wanna see this stuff sell. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/burnout.gif
