are those plastic inner fenders on the blue '70 Chevelle original?
I only ask because a friend of mine has them on '70 Chevelle his race car...

Don't know but will check on originality of plastic inner fenders. Plastic were possible on 70s. I have seen one plastic and one metal on same car reportedly original from the factory that way.
