Enoch...I got a ride in that car when I was 9 or 10 years old...I remember it well. and my Dad's 55 pulling the wheels on Summit ave!!!

...I WAS THE OWNER OF THE 70 CHEVELLE BALDWIN MOTION PHASE III CAR..TO ANSWER THE QUESTION, YES ACCORDING TO THE DOCUMENTATION I RECEIVED FROM THE PERSON THAT HAS THE CAR.I PAID THE DOC FEE AND OVER A YEAR LATER ALL I RECEIVED WAS... ....LOOKING FOR MORE PEOPLE THAT OWNED A MOTION CAR THAT (SOMEONE WE ALL KNOW)WOULD NOT DOCUMENT.SO SINCE THE CAR WAS NOT DOCUMENTABLE, $25,000.00 WAS A GREAT SALE OF A ROLLING BODY OF A 70 SS 454 CAR.IT IS STRANGE THAT THE DOCUMENTATION SHOWED UP A FEW DAYS AFTER THE CAR WAS DELIVERED TO THE NEW OWNER IN GA.MY LAWYER IS LOOKING FOR MORE PEOPLE THAT THIS HAS HAPPEN TO.CALL ME AT 520-722-2680...BOB

My understanding is the new owner got a letter from Joel a couple months after he bought the car from you and not a few days as you stated. New owner also found out the car went to Baldwin Chevrolet. Before you spend a bunch of money on Attorneys you might double check where you are getting your info from.

If what you say is true that is a real crappy deal you got.Whether it was one one day,month,or year later that the docs show up that shouldn't matter.Something smells fishy.........
