That's one innuendo.
It originaly was Zsa Zsa Gabor (Green Acres) with a cat on her lap on the tonight show..Carson was interviewing her in the mid 1970's,and she asked Johnny if he wanted to pet her Pu$$y.
Carson replied,"OK....Move the Cat!"
Jane Fonda later appeared on his Anniversary show & reminded Carson about that past incident,that I believe he got fined for.
