I think a friend of Charley Lillard bought the '69 Motion Chevelle that was on Ebay and I think the price was closer to $45K. It was documented through Joel, but I do not believe it was documented as a Phase III car. Charley, please correct me if I am mistaken.

COPO, I'm Restoring this B/M Chevelle, and has been Stated by Joel, as a Phase III, he even told me, without footing the money. He also sent a drawling of how the stripes were, on this Black Motion. I also have the letter, with build sheet. https://www.yenko.net/ubb/smilies/images/icons/smile.gif

did you ever receive your paperwork on the phase three car from joel as far as what came on the car. i know you were having a difficult time when you e-mailed me for info.

I'm Leaving that to my Client. I just needed info, to make sure, in all possibilities, when painted, it would represent the car as it was, when it left Joel and Baldwin Motor Company.Also the Chevelle was bought with the Motor and trans.
