Hope the oil slick was there before the owner backed in that Maroon C2.

Thanks Bill. This one was owned by Rick Bodie (or Bode). Our friend Paul owns it now.

Rick and I would frequently park next to each other at shows. This car is modified while mine was stock.

My Chevelle went to O’Fallon, MS.

There were many petroleum and antifreeze “slicks” on the lot. But that slick was by far the largest.

It started out as a 4 door. If I remember correctly, to make this an el Camino, he needed another 4 door rear section between the fins and another trunk lid to make it longer to cover the bed.

It’s a nice custom, but some of the body work is beginning to show.
