I still have Ontario XRAM 69.

Had to apply 3 times. I know they can be used on any vehicle by the original owner. I used mine on a Camaro and a small pickup truck.

If you buy a plate and never put it on a vehicle, you can transfer it to another person. I have 67 RS Z, 67 SSL78 and 12 ZL1 that have never been registered.

Once you register plates, you can put them on any car that you own and as many times as you like. I have lots that I have used multiple times like AIR C2S and NOWATER for 993’s.
