Keep in mind Canada plants continued w/ W-Motor installations after US changed to MK1V's also not just in Chevrolets but Canadian Pontiacs too!
There may be more recent info/examples but last I knew, a March '65 built Canadian 409 Pontiac was known/documented through GM Vintage.
Again, there may be more recent info but unless a MK1V powered '65 Canadian car or paperwork surfaces, W-Motor installations may have continued @ Canadian plants to the end of the production year.:hmmm:

Yes, I know this example's an 01B US built car and just mentioning the Canada W-motor production in response to Lee's note.
