The TH350 wasn't a RPO for any car until 1969. I think I recall reading that there were some 1968 field test cars built with TH350s though. Regardless, a three-speed automatic wouldn't have shown on the option list for a '68 SS350.

My 2 cents 25.000 tops

The TH350/TH400 comment didn't apply to this car; just my personal thoughts. The Powerglide was crude & obsolete long before Chevy discontinued it. My cousin bought a new '66 Chevelle SS396 convert and still I recall how excited I was-until I saw the console. I was 14 at the time.

I can appreciate unhacked original cars, but I agree with BARRY. $25,000 tops and then would be afraid I would lose a few grand after I played with it.
I had a 69 Camaro SS L35 Convertible automatic that was a nice original drivetrain car. The body had been repaired and repainted only 45,000 documented miles. Took forever to sell the car. The automatics just are so slow to sell IMO.

Having a 325HP didn't help it.
