Not a problem. I'm curious, why do you need a reducer with the 15" wheels?

i research 70 z28 survivors and all the 4sp came with that reducer my 70 z28 has 410 gears.

70 shouldn't need the reducer. 71-up with 4.10 will.
But I can be wrong about this.
