Re: Another Survivor - My LS5 Comes Home!
I just want to encourage anyone with an unrestored survivor car to post in the preservation forum. Gregg if you plan on posting detail pics as requested by M70 I will then move this thread to Preservation. BTW love the car and great story...

Re: Another Survivor - My LS5 Comes Home!
Congrats Gregg,
Always nice to get that one car back. Make sure you drive it...... Paul |
Re: Another Survivor - My LS5 Comes Home!
And you got the blue CA plates too. Are you gonna' put Wide Ovals on now?

Re: Another Survivor - My LS5 Comes Home!
Paul, just got back from my first real drive in the car in nearly 20 years. Oh how I missed the whine of the M22!
Steve, I will be posting some pics as requested when I get a chance to get it up on the lift. Maybe in the meantime I'll post some of the docs if anybody cares to see those. Do I need to worry about people stealing information from build sheets and window stickers? No problem moving the thread if you want to. Ron, the gas pedal retaining pin had come half way out. Pushed her back in and all is straight with the pedal. No Wide Ovals for now. |
