hey guys thanks for all the good thoughts, the clip is coming off, i have already started on the sub frame so this will help facilitate getting at it better, for a second i thought Charlie was in Woodland Washington, about 20 miles north of Portland Oregon where i am located at, i was just about to load it all up and head north (kidding).

Seriously thank you all for the great input, also going to go with soda for getting down to the metal and use a small air gun for painting, i will just have to do some practicing,

again I appreciate the input and the humor very helpful and fun, hope i can return the favor to some folks as time moves on
