I desire one.

OK car is at the shop, records indicate it was shipped April 6, 1067, sold new at Grand Spaulding Auto. So what date range engine should I be looking for? last six of VIN 201088

"Grand Spaulding" eh?! That is good provenance. Maybe you should check with Mr. Norm and see if he sponsored it or knows its legacy. Congrats! How about a few photos?

I seem to remember that packets of information can be purchased from Mr. Norm or someone he could get you in contact with on many cars that passed through that dealership.

Unfortunately - Nothing older than 69 G-S Dodge paperwork is available. There was a fire in '68 that destroyed all that paper.

As far as block casting dates.....here is an excerpt on that.... Based on our research 1967 Hemi cars should have either left over 1965 cast or 1966 cast block. However, this is not an absolute however we have not seen a documented 1967 Hemi with an engine casting other then 1966. There were no 1967 HEMI blocks cast. The latest 1966 block that we have run across is 10-31-66

I had been told that I needed 65 or 66 casting dates from a good friend, not knowing anything about MOPAR casting date timing I wanted to confirm that, thanks.
