I viewed the car in his shop in 1991 and it looks like the photo except for the wheelie bars were not on it. We had tow vehicle trouble by his home when a rocker stud broke on a Saturday afternoon and he drove by and inquired about the 69 Camaro 396/L78 M40 car on the trailer. When he found out about our problem he offered help and tools to remove the broken off press in stud. He had to go to go to his shop for tools and I rode with him and I was fortunate to be able to see the car. I do remember him talking about some Grumpy "changes" to the car.

Man would that be awesome to take that car and restore it to it's former glory. What a car and the history it has!
