When I talked to the owner of a 1969 COPO Camaro near Hartford, CT some years ago, he told me that he went to the selling dealer in Wallingford the last year the salesman that sold the car worked there. The salesman told him that they tried to order several COPOs, but were told that they could only get one Camaro and one Chevelle, since they were a small dealership.
