I saw Barry Manilow yesterday on TV doing a show, he had spent some dollars on plastic surgery. He is 68.

Ain't none of us getting any younger...although plastic surgery and big pharma have obviously managed to hide many of the more visible effects--at least in some instances.

Some days I almost don't recognize the man staring back at me in the mirror when I shave.

I got into the fitness craze several years back. There are women in the gym that are in their 50's but have bodies of 20 year olds and faces that appear to be in their 30's and they have never had surgery. What you eat plays a huge role in your facial appearance. Eat crappy processed food every day and your face (and body)shows it.

I have seen men and women lose 30-60 lbs and eat right and they have lost 15 years off their face.
