If known, what is the history on the car?

I don't believe it. Bruce took a pic that is blurry. Makes me feel better about the 70% blurry ratio I have going.

Sorry to hijack your thread. Great looking car. And seriously, thanks to Bruce for all the great pics and other contributions to this site.

Re: 1972 Yenko Vega Wagon

The car was originally located in Texas. The car was owned by Bill Ogle before me. I restored the car. I have all the doc's from Ed Cuneen, Copo Connection. It was at some point in it's life either dealer transferred to Galles Chevrolet in Albuquerque, New Mexico and sold as new or traded into them as a used car.
I have a lot of the original sheet metal, door, fender, Rear hatch and many other components for the car. I have the paperwork at work if you are interested. I applaud Ricy Smith for taking on the car when restored, not many people will take on a Vega Wagon. He does all his work in house,he farms nothing out, sublets nothing, and his brother did the engine. He did a remarkable job not to have anything to compare it to other than 2 Vega parts cars to rob them of parts. You should have seen this thing when we got it. The car was featured in Hemmings Muscle Machines, February 2005, photo's were shot by Geoff Stunkard.

No it did not, i'm glad it didn't, it would look a little too mom and popish.
